Our Quality Assurance technicians have been trained & certified by ITS [Intertex Testing services]. They understand very well the importance of testing procedures involving different stages of quality assurance program.
Our QA team participates regularly in seminars organized by various testing labs to understand changing import requirements and to adapt to the new import rules & regulations.
On the production side, our QA team maintains its own independent testing resources that manage and test production at every stage of the production process.

Fabric quality audit
Fabric’s performance on washing for highly embellished [sequin work, bead work etc] merchandise
Pre Production meeting & establish line audit planning
Initial audit & recap meeting with manufacturing facilities production team.
In-line & Mid-line audits
Pre-final audit & recap meeting with manufacturing facilities packing team.t
Final audit as per AQL standards acceptable to our client.
Our QA team is equipped with latest tech to ensure that audit reports are shared with seniors & clients as soon as the audit is completed so that merchandise can handed over to logistics department.
